If you do decide to stay at our lovely home, we do charge the following fees separately after you book: 1) Refundable Security Deposit - $500. We recommend paying this with a credit card since it will only be a hold placed on your card during your reservation. If you pay with a debit card or direct ACH transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your account 3 days before check-in and refunded 3 days afterwards upon successful inspection of the premises. 2) Dogs - $100/dog per reservation. We allow up to three dogs per reservation to be paid after booking. Please note this is not reflected in your reservation price and is an additional charge. 3) 3) Grill- please clean the grill and the grease trap after you use. There will be a $25 fee if not cleaned before leaving. This will help keep bears and wildlife from visiting you and to help ensure the safety of our guests.. 4)This property is located 1 mile off the main road. It is a very well-maintained gravel road. However, due to the extreme weather we often experience in the mountains, we recommend all guests come with all-wheel/4 wheel drive vehicles. There is plenty of parking for several vehicles. Grease and food scraps can attract bears and other wildlife, creating safety concerns for everyone. A grill brush is provided—just dip it in water and use it while the grill is still hot for easy steam cleaning of the grates. To help us maintain a safe environment for guests and local wildlife, a $25 fee will be charged if the grill is left dirty or the grease trap is not emptied. Thanks for doing your part! You will not be given access to the property until all pre-checkin instructions are completed and you have successfully remitted payment for the $500 refundable security deposit. Below you will find a full copy of our rental agreement, which you will be required to electronically sign after booking: SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT This Short-Term Lease Agreement hereinafter referred to as “AGREEMENT” is entered into by and between the guest: First name: {Guest_First_Name} Last Name: {Guest_Last_Name} Phone number: {Guest_Phone} hereinafter referred to as “GUEST” and REDSTONE STAYS LLC hereinafter referred to as “HOST” on the dates reflected on the booking confirmation. This agreement constitutes a contract between the GUEST(S) and HOST. Please read this Short-Term Lease Agreement thoroughly. Any monies received by HOST for occupancy of short-term rental accommodation hereinafter referred to as “ACCOMMODATION” indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. It is the responsibility of the GUEST(S) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This occupancy will be in the form of a Short-Term Lease only and does not constitute a permanent or primary residence or other tenancy. If GUEST exceeds the maximum occupancy or does not accurately state in their booking request the number of guests on the premise, GUESTS and any and all of their guests are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their security deposit and rental payment. Any exceptions to this rule require prior approval by the Host in writing. The Host has the right to request an additional fee depending on the circumstances. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Guests understands that all early check-in/late checkout requests are subject to cleaner availability and host approval. Guests agree to pay all early check-in/late checkout fees immediately upon approval from the host. If the guests enter the property early without gaining permission from the host or making appropriate payment, they agree to be charged double the appropriate early checkin/late checkout fee. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings and events will be subject to approval and different pricing requirements depending on the nature and size of the events. Please reach out to host before booking for approval and pricing details. If you book before asking for approval to host an event, you are not guaranteed approval and will not be refunded if your reservation passes the designated cancelation period set forth in your booking. All weddings/events must be approved beforehand in writing by the Host. Host has the right to set additional requirements and rules based on the nature and size of the event. SMOKING: This is a NON SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside of the accommodation whatsoever. Any GUEST or related person not adhering to the No Smoking policy will result in automatic forfeiture of security deposit and/or $1000 smoke remediation fine. PETS: Pets are permitted only with prior approval of the HOST and payment for appropriate fees. No other pets or animals other than those specified on the Pet Addendum are allowed on the property at any time and violation of this policy will result in automatic forfeiture of security deposit and/or a fine of $250/pet in violation of this agreement. A GUEST with a service animal is required to sign the Pet Addendum and provide documentation that the pet is actually a service animal. Guests agree that the Host has the right to deny, or request additional payment in advance, for any booking at their discretion if he or she does not feel comfortable with the kind and/or number of pets being requested to be brought onto the premise (Unless such pets are licensed service animals). Unless an exception is made in writing, only dogs are generally allowed on this property (up to 3 maximum per booking). Guests agree to properly and accurately disclose any relevant details regarding the dogs breed, size, and history regarding violent behavior. In addition, all guests agree to pay the appropriate pet fee according to the rental agreement, which is $100 per pet per booking. So a booking with 3 dogs would typically be $300. This payment will be collected separate to the booking fee and must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the Host has the right to cancel the reservation. Any pets brought onto the premises without prior consent or payment will be subject to a $250 fine per pet. ADDITIONAL PET RULES: The GUEST understands and accepts that they are fully responsible and liable for all damage, including but not limited to, walls, floors, carpets, and any stains that any pet causes, regardless of the ownership of the said pet, and agrees to restore the Premises to its original condition at their expense. The GUEST shall be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury to any person caused by the pet, and shall indemnify HOST for all costs resulting from that injury. The GUEST shall have their pet under control at all times and exercise respective due care. The GUEST agrees to clean and remove all pet waste, inside or outside the Premises. The GUEST agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations governing their pet. The GUEST agrees not to leave food or water for their pet or any other animal outside the dwelling where it may attract other animals. The entire main house, gardens, and grounds. Please note, unless you also book the Redstone Cottage, please avoid the ground s around the cottage as other guests may be staying there. There is a significant distance between the two it will be obvious. It is highly recommended that your vehicle has all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. The house is right next to the National Forest. Less then 20 yards away from the house is an entrance to the forest. There are potential sightings for wild life, bugs and high winds due to the altitude and location of the house.

We absolutely loved our stay at this mountain estate! The property is truly one of a kind — so unique and thoughtfully designed. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. It felt peaceful, private, and like a true escape. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the home and the guest experience. If you’re looking for a gorgeous mountain getaway with unforgettable views, this is the place. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about this stay was great! I wanted to take my wife somewhere we could relax for the Valentine’s Day weekend, and this did not disappoint. Beautiful, spacious house high in the mountains with a gorgeous view. Fully stocked kitchen, incredible hot tub, extremely comfortable beds, walls full of interesting art, the works! It was peaceful, quiet, and honestly, just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The hosts were fantastic! Proactive, but not invasive. They very quickly answered what few questions we had. Very friendly over messaging. Couldn’t have asked for better interactions. The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was that it was only two nights. Multiple times my wife and I mentioned how much we would have liked to stay longer. We fully intend to come back, hopefully in the near future, and spend more time relaxing here. I almost hesitate to write this review because I don’t want other people to find out about this place. Truly a hidden gem! We will be back!

I would like to start by complimenting the hosts, because they have been truly extraordinary. People who genuinely care and today that is a real luxury. From the very first moment, you feel how thoughtful, attentive, and warm they are, and it sets the tone for the entire stay. Now about the mountain house itself. It feels like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the woods, yet everything is conveniently close and easy to reach. The house is incredibly well equipped whatever you may need or want, it is already there. The attention to detail is exceptional, and it shows in every corner. The decor is absolutely stunning, the bed is extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the blackout curtains such a small detail, but it makes a huge difference. The views are truly breathtaking from every part of the house; no matter where you are, you’re surrounded by beauty. This place feels thoughtfully created, warm, and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you!

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful house in the mountains. The space is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a very well-equipped kitchen that made everything easy and comfortable. This was our second time staying here, and once again it was an amazing experience. Matthew and Joel were always very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. We truly love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and special mountain getaway.

By far the most unique rental we have ever stayed in. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the views were amazing. Beautiful sunrises with our morning coffee everyday. Great communication with the host , would love to return in the future. The road to the house could be a little challenging in wet weather so it's best to have 4 wheel or all wheel drive. Absolutely a 5 star rental.

We stayed for a full week over Christmas at Redstone Mansion, and it was truly unforgettable. We were a group of five plus three dogs, and from start to finish everything was seamless. Communication with Matt, Joel, Ash, and Madi was excellent - responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views that you never get tired of. The Christmas decorations were stunning and made the entire house feel warm, festive, and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully done. We all enjoyed every moment of our stay, and thanks to the care and attention of the hosts, our Christmas felt genuinely magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create holiday memories. Highly recommended, and we would love to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great find! Fantastic views! Gorgeous! like home w a touch of luxury. They had just finished cleaning the mansion when our family arrived. The last party used up all the Nespresso Pods so they drove over 5 mins and left a basket full of Pods, goodies, 24K Gold Eye Patches, etc. Our service dog had his areas ready with comfy beds, pillows, mats, food/water bowls, and a gift bag of his own!! Our little one spent all day on the piano, upstairs in the library, hiking, jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, grilling, hot tub! Excellent! Thank you!! We've recommended your mansion to co-workers as well. Great for weddings or luxury/relaxing family get togethers.
